Shipping Policy for Prāna
1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 1-2 days – 50AED
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over 250AED (conditions apply).
- Standard Shipping: 1-2 days – 50AED
3. Shipping Methods:
- We use trusted carriers like for reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping as of now ( Feb 2024 ) to ship to South Africa you can shop on www.musebeauty.co.za.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship outside of the UAE. If you have any questions regarding shipping areas, feel free to contact our customer service team.
6. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@thepranashop.com within 5 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet estimated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high demand, or other factors beyond our control.
9. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or items lost due to address errors.
